HC In Waiting, LOL

For those of you saying "HC In Waiting" you need to time warp to 2025. I cant tell if some of you are joking or serious. Whether you're referring to any of our recent hires or other teams around the league, it's a bad idea and seldom provides a successful outcome.

Coaches, fans, players, and recruits aren't patient enough to wait for any single assistant coach to get a promotion. Naming a HCIW is like a bad omen that breeds turmoil and discontent within an organization.

Can't even believe this is still being considered by some as a good idea.
