Just look at the standings in the ACC. The season is almost over and clemson is barely in the middle at 7/8th. Sure they can surprise us and beat one of the big teams at the top, but also lose to the worst teams in the conference. Gtech for example. It seems like Brownells teams always lack that killer instinct to finish. Does anyone else notice this? Will clemson ever be a consistent 20 win team in basketball? I mean not too long ago Virginia was nothing but average and now they are consistently a top 25 team and even won a natty. So it can be done.

Everyone notices. And no we will never be consistently good at basketball. Would require winning the games you’re supposed to along with the occasional good win. Something we’ve had only 5 or 6 times in our history.
