So how much do Clemson alum make vs. S. Carolina?

It's the average pay of state colleges in the US. Clemson is near the top. You have to go pretty far down past most colleges you've never heard of to find South Carolina-Columbia.

prolly the least beneficial school stat I have seen when picking a school, but Screw Harvard, Harvey Mudd is where its at!

Harvey Mudd has only like 800 students who are all engineering/science majors.....and one of the best small schools on the west coast for engineering - so yea their starting salary is gonna be pretty high
