without reference point is useless.
What was yesterday's number? What is tomorrow's goal?
We need a running tally so we can see, analyze, and chart the trends.
TIA.

naked? (why no pics?) - Yes. Naked. No pics because I like you all too much.
pre or post p iss? - post
pre or post dump? - post, but also post-breakfast, so that's a wash
morning wood or gone soft? - soft by then, diamond cutting had already occurred
calories eaten yesterday? - dunno. A banana with peanut butter for breakfast, salad and apple at lunch, hearty vegan salad with sweet potatoes, almonds, craisins, etc for dinner, but a reasonable portion. Did exercise like a fiend after my tai chi class was canceled.

idk what to tell you if you're vegan though.........
honestly that may be more of your "problem" (in quotes b/c I don't think you have a problem but you're exposing yourself quite a bit and therefore opening the door for crticism1) than anything lol
1Not talking down, Greenr, just sharing fairly common practices for people in this scenario.

Lunch salad had seeds & garbanzos, dinner had quinoa, almonds, & garbanzos.

Fair amount of protein in both.
Quinoa. Acai. Cauliflower. Broccoli.
All back in the line up for APM.
That said, eggs, fish, and occasional red meat or liver are not ruled out. Max nutrient density.

No, this is my close to vegan diet. Last time I went through a cycle it was

lean protein (meats) and veggies, with less carbs but not none, no booze, no sweets, no ultra-processed foods.
This time I am serious. Going back to my pre-COVID diet. Nutritarian. High nutrients, low calorie.

definitely different body types. no chance I could do that and succeed. I'd be ####### starving trying to hit the caloric deficit I need to hit to lose weight.

Here's the thing: You can eat a SH*TTON of veggies and accumulate few calories.

And most fruits are on the unlimited amounts list. Plus, the fiber cleans you out quick, making you feel lighter.

but why eat a truckload of lettuce when I can eat a chicken breast?
if you can do it, ball out and do it.
remember, I already tested this methodology out in my quest to isolate what was causing my chest pains. I lost some weight initially, for sure, but ultimately just couldn't sustain not eating meat. didn't feel like I had as much energy either.
I'm also trying to swolt up like stubborn_tiger
