South Carolina went to a Final Four, then fired that HC a few years later.

P.S. that new coach, in his 2nd year, has SCAR at T2 in SEC play (25-6, 13-5) and looking at a 6-seed in NCAAT.

When might we expect to see the rewards? Year 18? Year 27? Year 32?

I mean, making the NCAAT is a measure of success, but Morehead State has made the NCAAT this year, too, having pummeled Clemson on the home floor last year. That was their first ever NIT victory, even. Their trajectory looks to be pretty steeply upward. Ours looks like 14 miles of bad road...smooth pavement in patched punctuated by deep potholes and loose rubble.

SCAR is in a 4way tie for 2nd, one game behind leagues champion. Tiebreakers dropped them to a 5 seed for their tournament. Brownell's 14th year find Clemson in a 3-way tie for 5th, 6 games behind the league champion, with tiebreakers leading to 6-seed.
