Grisham gets a raise?

How do you feel about this one? I think everybody else that got a raise and extension deserved it.

I just don’t know if Grisham is the right guy for this job. I hate to be so down on Tyler, but he just hasn’t gotten it done.

Granted, it was the smallest raise I believe out of all or most all of them.

To get technical, he started as the WR coach in 2020. He was an offensive analyst prior to 2020.

Our receiver play has in NOOO way improved since 2020. In fact Cornell Powell had a good year in 2020. Pretty decent, until that Ohio State sugar bowl.

I really applaud the signings of TJ Moore and Bryant Westco. And I guess this is the answer to why he got a raise and extension.

But these last 3 years have been the worst receiver play since before Aaron Kelly.

I’ve got to be honest here, why has he not been replaced? Because he’s a Clemson man? Streetcar was a Clemson man, and he got the blame and was replaced.

He's got who he's got and when we better in the running game and Cade plays better, it will be amazing how much better the receivers are.

He needs to have a big year this year. These are his recruits now! I think we will have a great season with WR’s this year.

If not Tyler may be a real short timer.

Dabo knows WR’s, recruited Grisham, and he took over for Jeff Scott when the the WR room was weak and injured. He has the talent this year and it better show up on the field.
