Just kidding, of course. What a great sports weekend for us! Awesome to upset SMU and win another ACC championship, AND go to the CFP!
All we needed was a chance, and we have it. I like the matchup against Texas. They are good, but I think they are very beatable. Go Tigers!

Was it a home game? Honestly didn’t know they played yesterday. Horrible scheduling as the 1st weekend in December is usually reserved for the ACC Championship

The Roar talked about it as much on Thursday and Friday as the football game. I have actually been surprised how much basketball has been a topic. We are not comparing March Madness to the College Football Playoff. It is the first game of the ACC season to the Conference Championship. There will be plenty of time for Clemson Basketball to be in the spotlight. Just not now.

I said a couple days ago Clemson going on the road v. Miami on the comedown from that huge UK win would say a lot. And they delivered. Excited about the direction Brownell is taking the program.

It was another great day in Clemson sports indeed.
Clemson 1-0 in conference play and only 1 loss all season thus far. Playing “team” basketball, complimentary if you will. Finding ways to win games requires team chemistry and this team seems to have a very solid rotation! Clemson basketball, catch the fever if you haven’t already after that crazy good run in tournament last season.
And the end to ACCCG was perfection in the last 20 seconds. Incredible ending to an incredible day!

This week was much better w/ MBB having the big win against UK + opening ACC play w/ win, then having the win last night in football.
Given how ACC/SEC Challenge went (i.e. - ACC looking poorly), how MBB has done so far while still getting the new component to gel...I'm feeling cautiously optimistic. If they beat SC & Memphis to close the non-conference slate, then really cause for optimism.

We were all posting during the game and right after. It was a gutsey W. Hard to win in that building with no crowd energy coming off a big time W against Kentucky. Chase wasn't hitting shots early but came along. Big time play from the big men and how about that shot from little Hunter. What a defensive effort overall as well.

Would also note that Kentucky went to Seattle and beat #7 Gonzaga late last night. Seems like Kentucky got upset by some team recently. Let's see, who was that? Oh yeah, Clemson.
Off to a great start and look like they have the players to keep it up. They play really tough down the stretch.
