Don’t get me wrong I am very happy that we won. But I was there and this game was not perfect by any means. Without FSU fumble in redzone, a missed wide open deep pass, and a bunch of dropped passes and this game would be way different. To say “we’re back”, or act like this was some huge win against a great team is delusional. We beat a FSU team that heading into this game lost 4 of their last 5 and 2 of their 4 wins are against division 2 teams. With all that being said a win is a win and 4 in the win column is way better than a 3! Go Tigers!

Saw some people on here saying we back and that we beat the team who beat the SEC golden boys. Just giving me 2 cents, but I’m more than happy with the win, and great environment in DV last night. Nobody was more happy than me for that win because if we had lost my long trip back home would’ve been much worse!

I was there. Played good, not great. Very fortunate FSU receivers couldn’t catch anything. FSU out performed us statistically but not where it counts…..Score. Refs were awful also. Pi call on fsu 4th down was bogus.

FSU played down to their same standard as in 2024 and again this year.
Making lots of mistakes in key situations is what they do. They may have outdone themselves last night, but not absurdly so.
Clemson outperformed the odds-makers. It was a good night for us.

I’m fairly positive no one is delusional. Glad we won but a lot clean up. Game 9? Must be more of a talent issue than I wanted to believe. I’m sure some of these miscues on D have been addressed by the coaches but they are still happening.

Surely our defensive staff coaches are working to teach our DBs of how to recognize what the opponents are doing, and to further teach them what their roles and responsibilities are on each given defensive play call.
Clearly a lot more instruction is needed for our DB unit to become competent.

Why do yall make all these excuses for other teams but not Clemson. We dropped 4 passes against LSU nobody cares. We turned the ball over on the 7yd line against GT. We had dumb penalties against Duke. Nobody saids a thing. Soon as another team does it people want to point it out lol.
