This is accurate. Truth hurts his feelings and he is not the same guy we hired. Entitled and he will cling to those natties until.tbe end. His staff cannot develop championship talent and he is being forced to develop 3/4stars because 5 star's aren't coming here anymore.

I know this is a sarcasm thread mainly to throw shade at CDS but this is a legit question I don't know the answer to.
What is the generally accepted method for P4 head coaches? Was this move to be apart of the "norm" or away from it?

I believe it absolutely was. I would view that as the impetus for the move.
I guess I am still curious if the move itself was to what most HC's do or if we/he became the minority? Like did other schools/coaches make this move for the same general reason and the straw that broke the camels back just didn't make nation CFB news.

Out of 80-plus schools responding to an Associated Press survey, 10 said they still take live calls for their coach. Four of those play in the Southeastern Conference — Alabama, Kentucky, South Carolina and Tennessee — which just happens to be home to some of college football’s more rabid fan bases.
Gamecocks coach Shane Beamer said he understands why Swinney stopped taking the calls, but he continues to field them himself.

Tyler hurt dabos feelings and dabo refused to answer anymore unscripted question. We have a head coach that’s thinned skinned but he wants his players to be tough….go figure?

I live in Knoxville and Heupel does live call in shows. Actually they’re in person at a local restaurant chain with lots of folks attending.

this program feels like Dabo retired or took another job 3 years ago , Ken Hatfield was hired and ha’s slowly been tearing down what Dabo left him.
I don’t like this Dabo, if he’s not raising money for whatever he is above talking to fans . Hate to see politicians hide and I don’t like the head coach making 11 million doing it.
And don’t even get me started on him essentially denying the press access to the asst. coaches .

I believe that we have lost games in the past to teams
that we were projected too beat.We have won many games
against teams that we were not projected too beat.You

and ask questions way out of their depth. So yes, what I mean is that people who call in are generally stupid and somehow think they can enlighten a coach of a top program with years of experience.

I agree with you 100%. Love Dabo but I do think he is getting thin skinned. He doesn’t want to hear the truth. Looked forward to watching his show tonight….major disappointment! First, a of it was filmed Saturday night after the game. Next (in addition to refusing to take. live calls) the rest of the show consisted of how Dabo has trained and prepared all his staff members to advance. Last Saturday night was the worst prepared team I have ever seen considering we were 11 point favorites AND had two weeks to prepare. What the heck! I still, and always will, love the Tiers.
