Grateful to be a Tiger

Took my 16 year old son to Williams Brice today. My first visit since 2009 when their " streak" started and I swore off ever going again to a game in Columbia again. . That was my sons first away game and he was 10. Left early because the behavior and language around us was so bad.

How lucky are we to be Tigers and play in a beautiful stadium on a beautiful campus with classy fans, students and alumni. Columbia and Williams Brice are a dump and the environment is awful. Told my son to study hard and he could be a tiger or be lazy and end up a gamecock.

It is such a dump. We were in The Parkin lot talking about that very thing after the game. Be a good place for a sink hole
