programmed to spout total and complete negativity. Same ones every time, like clockwork.
Yet they call themselves Clemson "fans".
I sit by a couple at football games. only thing you ever hear them say is complaints about Dabo's calls or something terrible a player did. Fortunately, there are very few of these types that go to baseball games. We all tend to support, not tear down.

Lots of them over the course of a season. Many are determined by one pitch, or one swing. That's how baseball works. I know better than to nitpick and second guess every detail of a game. You just try and do better the next day, you don't whine and complain about what should have been done.
Just a shame we have so many that enjoy doing that.

You are pointing out individuals like me, LexTiger, and BadB...
The big flaw I see in your comment is the lie that we do not post anything positive....we in fact do....but we are also willing to call them out when necessary on a message board that doesn't affect anyone's life. I go to every series or game they play in GA and 2-3 home series a year in Clemson...I'm entitled to my opinion.

The thing is I post positive stuff all the time, and you do too. But no one ever responds to that. People like scooter only notice the so called negative.

Yeah. Ain't no one saying fire Monte or he does a poor job blah blah blah. Just disappointed that we blew it and pointing out facts...
Monte will get us some bullpen pitching. He'll bring in ml pitchers. I almost hate we got that rpi rating and ranking because we're just not there yet.
We'll get there.

Just because you see something not quite great and you point it out doesn't equate you hate the team or coaching.
Tigernet should be a place of cool-headed meaningful debate without throwing out extreme labels. As long as you're not being outright disrespectful and mean that is.
Otherwise, we are just pumping the shine which isn't all that interesting to read, to be honest.

many, many posts serve a meaningful purpose.
But way too many don't.
Posts saying Monte makes bad choices with his bullpen every time something doesn't work out to perfection, or a certain player is terrible, does absolutely nothing but satisfy somebody's overactive ego. It's baseball. Sometimes the guy at the plate beats you. Sometimes the guy on the mound beats you. And it may be due to talent, or maybe it's pure luck.
Either way, there's another game tomorrow.
