The idea of concealed carry and open carry PERMITS are ridiculous. You are PERMITTED by the U.S. Constitution to keep and BEAR arms. If a state permit limits your 2nd Amendment right in any way to keep and bear arms… it is in violation of the supreme law of the land. PERIOD. No state has the authority to override the U.S. Constitution under any circumstances. Any state that does so is in direct violation of the Constitution. And you don’t need a black robe to understand that. Anyone with any common sense can understand what privilege the 2nd Amendment gives a U.S. citizen. You have the right to carry whether it be open or concealed. In a box or with a fox. Under your hat or in your purse. In your boot or under your toot. If this country does not like that fact they can and should repeal the 2nd Amendment. If not, it still is the supreme law of the land.

it will suck for him if he doesn't have it. That would mean he would go to jail and open himself up for a wrongful death case.
