This year, I want the ACC championship to be unattainable.
If FSU loses tomorrow night, we probably would be playing in the ACC championship game the week after we play USuC.
I want ALL of our attention on beating the chickens on Nov 24 and not an ACC championship game.
If we beat USuC and finish 11-1, we WILL make a BCS bowl!

I want us to win all our games, and I want us to win the ACC championship, and a BCS Bowl game, too. Those, and beating the coots are, also, our goals.

but for different reasons.
1. I'd rather go to the Sugar Bowl than the Orange Bowl, and that's possible if our only loss is to a 1-loss FSU
2. The piece of crap ACC will look better in a national light with 2 BCS top 10-15 teams than with a 2 loss FSU ranked around #17 and a 1-loss Clemson ranked anywhere from #9-12.
3. Being left out of the ACCCG this year will leave the team hungry for next year and hopefully help propel us to even greater heights.

I absolutely want Clemson to win out, that's first and foremost. I just think FSU winning out as well this year helps Clemson in the long run.

...100%, without-a-doubt, guaranteed go to a BCS bowl when we finish out. A BCS birth is not guaranteed outside an ACC Championship. I would much rather take the guaranteed route rather than leave it up to the selection committee. And besides, we need to start stringing together championships. Why else play?!

We need another banner and put more space between those who want to have more titles than us. Winning the ACC should always be one of our top goals as long as we are in it. Trust me, playing Duke or Miami will not be a distraction from USuCk. All eyes are on that game. Everything else "comes later"

How many teams go undefeated every year? Sometimes it takes a little help to win Championships. Did we dominate FSU?.....of course not, but we did everybody else in this conference. I would be OK with trading jabs with Jimbo's Noles for top of the Conference. Nothing bad about saying that both of us rule it.

I could care less about the ACC's strength, if FSU wins it that's just another team better than Clemson. Rather this team win on the 24th and finish with the ACC championship and a BCS win any day of the year.

We need to be 100% focused on every game, every week. If we aren't, that is where the dreaded 'pull a Clemson' tag comes from, and I never want to hear that associated with this team again.
