No. Tampering is a made up word. There is no such thing as tampering.

If Clemson would think “outside the box”, they would employ a “Sea Trunk” fan. This “Sea Trunk” fan would show up at every sporting event with a “”Sea Trunk” filled with $100 bills. At halftime the “Sea Trunk” fan would offer that money to any player(s) that was causing Clemson problems and then they would play for Clemson in the 2nd half.
