He illegally imposed an extra year of probation on Clemson's football program, but has done next to nothing to punish UNC's basketball program for the academic fraud that produced two (count'em, 2) national championships. That's enough for me.
But if you want more, ACC referees constantly prefer North Carolina schools over non-North Carolina schools. And Swofford denies it and refuses to do anything about it.
