but regardless of whether you think the punishment fits the "crime", they had already been fined for doing the same thing the previous year and decided to do it again anyway.

People really are going to the extreme over smoking. They will hit you with a big bill in hotels too on non smoking properties. Good thing I don't smoke!

Here’s hoping the Big10 sticks it to Michigan because the NCAA will do nothing. They are too busy keeping JMU from playing in a bowl game.
