My cousin is an equipment manager for the Tulsa football team and apparently word inside the program is that Garrett Riley has flown out to interview for the open head coaching vacancy. Apparently flight records confirm this but I don’t know how to pull all that up

If Dabo was really running the O, he wouldn't even hire Riley and make him the highest paid OC. Riley just sucks. Riley is running the O generally speaking.

Well, if Dabo is interfering or if he don’t think he has the Dudes including QB to operate his offense he may be gone. Chad Morris came from Tulsa as they believe in wide open offense there.

His ### better be in Clemson game planning for SMU. I don’t believe this report. One thing I always respected about Venables was that he always deflected any “noise” about leaving until after the regular season/ACC championship was over. (He was probably smart enough to have his agent do his dirty work). Riley ain’t going nowhere this year.

Again this actually does not support OP's story that Riley went there.
The plane is owned by a texas based trucking/shipping company, two brothers own it who are also from Texas. They could just simply be friends of the Rileys, or it could have nothing to do with Garrett at all.

I hope that he is being supported to look for another opportunity somewhere. He is going to have to rebuild his reputation somewhat and HC at a G5 school may be the way...hopefully he is encouraged to take Grisham and Richardson with him too.

Dabo, OTOH, will struggle to bring in another top name to carry a clipboard for him and signal in WR screens and trick plays and sub in players he allows you to. It might be CJ/Grisham as co-OC’s out of necessity.

In a rational world, I'd say you were insane. But sadly, you may well be right---nobody worth a #### is going to come here to let Dabo take the clipboard and call WR screens, run up the gut on 2nd down, bubble screens, and sideline fades over and over and over again.
