VT has a pretty solid front 4 as well. I remember us recruiting Tim Settle, he's no Dex...but he's a big boy. The O-line will have to bring their A game this weekend. I think we'll run a lot of off Tackle run plays with T-N-T.

Fine with me.
IMO, he's still got work to do on the pass blocking aspect, and I honestly like having those fresh set of legs going into the later part of the game when we've worn down their defense. DO you really want him burnt up going into the 4th right now? Seems to be working quite well, while giving him time to develop.

Late in a game, having a guy like Etienne come in with fresh legs and world class speed is just devastating to a tired defense.
As we've witnessed, most of Etienne's damage has been done in the 4th quarter.

Why is your opinion that he has to work on his blocking? Have you actually seen him miss blocks or is it just an assumption since he's a true freshman?

Actually that's second string. It has an "OR" so anyone of the 3 could take second string snaps. Go Tigers.

No, he's 4th. That "or" is between Fuller and Choice for 2nd string. If they were all tied there would be two "or"s.

Who cares what string he is. He's going to have at least the 2nd most carries between the RB's in every game from here on. They might keep him down at the bottom to keep him under the radar.

I appreciate that he has worked really hard, and he hits the hole pretty well, but his fumbles are bad and coming at bad times. Until he proves he can hold the ball he doesn't deserve any important playing time.

Do you feel the same way about Ray Ray? I said the same thing about Ray Ray during the Auburn game and he has done nothing but prove me wrong ever since. Learned my lesson - I trust our coaches. ETN will get his touches regardless of where he is on the chart.

Ray Ray frustrates everyone with mistakes like the one in the Auburn game, but the difference is the team is noticeably better when Ray Ray is in the game over the backup. That is not the case with Fuller.
I trust the coaches and don't think much of the published depth charts as anything more than fan service. Example 1 is Fuller was listed as RB1 last week but Feaster was on the field for the first snap. ETN as a late change of pace against a tired defense has been great, I just would rather not worry about Fuller when he is the only one in that position group who has had fumble issues so far this year.
When we're up 27-0 on VT in the middle of the third quarter, than go ahead and put Fuller in. Let him prove me wrong when the game doesn't hang in the balance.
