It's actually a good piece, and it sort of sums up where I'm at with Biden. I'm teetering back and forth on my opinion of whether or not Joe should resign. At the very least he was inexcusably sloppy, and the author of this piece was exactly right: how smart is it to put all your eggs in the basket of a gaffe-prone octogenarian, especially when your opponents are insurrectionists?

This is the huge reason I was so disappointed by his decision to make Kamala Harris his veep. The country needed safe pair of hands in the event Joe's supposedly safe pair of hands fumbled the ball, instead we got a woke leftist martinet with an office reputed to be an absolute snake pit whose real power base is Silicon Valley. And Joe has put the ball on the ground a couple of times already, with our botched withdrawal from Afghanistan and now this documents fiasco. I'd have felt fine with Val Demmings or Condaleezza Rice, but the thought of somebody as divisive as Kamala Harris being our prez...shiver.
