For those concerned about Bible teaching on Foreigners

Jan 29, 2017, 2:21 PM

I think you may have hit on something - that we should review what the Bible says - and follow it according to what it says. Just like this:

Deuteronomy 21:12, 13; "Gather the people together, men and women and little ones, and the stranger who is within your gates, that they may hear and that they may learn to fear the LORD your God and carefully observe all the words of this law, and that their children, who have not known it, may hear and learn to fear the LORD your God as long as you live in the land which you cross the Jordan to possess.”

The New King James Version. (1982). (Dt 31:12–13). Nashville: Thomas Nelson.

Let's make them all go to Christian Churches since we are referencing the Christian Bible!

Sorry bro, old testament means Jewish.

And if we're going with descendants of Abraham, Islam would be included.

Not my argument-just my answer to those using the OT

to justify themselves. And hey, the Bible was not given to the Muslims as "Muslims" did not exist until after Jesus.

Can tell you obviously felt the sting too. But, if i am mistaken, sorry.

Actually Islam was founded by the decendants of Ishmael....

The law was given to the descendants of Isaac.

And who was Isaac and Ishmael's daddy?***

And who was the God of Abraham?

See - that argument brings us right back to having everyone in church - the church of the Christian Bible.

See my original post.

The law of the Old Testament was given to Moses, not Abraham. Ishmael was long gone....

"People" didn't come up with anything....

The Bible was inspired by God and if we all lived by it it would be heaven on earth.

I don't think anybody can argue with that.

It ain't necessarily so
