awkward when a coot relative shows up for some turkey. Unfortunately, one of my nephews implied that he will show up wearing a coot jersey for Thanksgiving (I suppose that's what happens when you raise a kid in a place like Irmo). Sons of RB informed him that he'd be eating supper with the dogs in the dog pens if he did. Should be a fun-filled evening.

Growing up we'd have a big dinner with my dad's side (all Clemson alums/fans) and my moms side (all SCAR alums/fans). It used to be intense when the game was played the week before thanksgiving. The gloating on both sides was obnoxious. It did get more "peaceful" when the game started being played after thanksgiving lol.

Sounds like a true "house divided" scenario.....thankfully, I only have to deal with a coot brother in law and his son.
