The music and energy, I suggest you stay home or mute your TV for next year. CEB wants tonight’s atmosphere to be recreated at all our games.
So stop bitchin at what’s played and how loud it is. It’s our coach and team that wants it. How about trying to embrace it.

I love it! I’m a 60 year old woman and I love the loud music. Well except for the country music. It’s boring to me but I like the rest!

I don't mind the music cause I am a hard rock loving dude from way back and love that stuff even though I am 75 years old. However, it is the black dude on the mic ever so often and then at the 7th inning stretch that pierces my ears and knocks me down for the count. Not only the tremendous volume they have him jacked up to but just the shrill voice seems to go right to my brain like an ice pick in my ears. I could do without his antics.

All I've ever heard Bakich talk about is the crowd noise and for people to get up and scream with two strikes and such. He's never mentioned the music from anything I've seen. It's repetitive and excessive. Playing Crazy frog and that other stupid song 20 times per game is just ridiculous. I'm happy to stay at home if that continues.

You're probably going to be staying home then. Bakich was a loud rowdy atmosphere! The music will be a part of it to get the crwod going.

If you just play 30 seconds bits constantly, it seems to take some of the crowd out of it. Play the same song constantly and it loses a lot of the crowd too if a percentage finds it annoying.
If the players get into it and excited about it, almost anything else works. Fans get excited when the players do.

I am all for a rowdy DKS, and fully support Bakich on everything. But I really hope they stop playing the crazy frog song every time the other pitcher throws a ball...makes for a brutal watch.

How bad the high decibel music is to your hearing. I wear earplugs but really shouldn’t be necessary to do that. Crowd noise is one thing - piped in sound is something else.

It depends on if the correct person hates the music. Remember the football hill entrance was corrected from the train wreck that it had become. If someone takes the music too far, it will be pulled back too.
