slowly falling apart

I wear a brace on my bad knee, and it works well.
My good knee was acting up, so wore the brace on it today.
My bad knee got jealous and now refuses to work at all.
Beer and tunes from the 60's on the porch already have that under control.

Thanks old friend, no prayers needed.
Due to one leg longer, a pitiful gate, and a large belly, always have some problems like sciatica or something swollen. After 50 years expect things like that.
My knees remain strong and up to the task if I don't abuse them too much.

No doubt. I’ve been dealing with the sciatica for about 7-8 years now. Some days are better than others. Started therapy again last week. This one is physically manipulating my hip to try to increase the range of motion and I had my first dry needling session Wednesday. Going 2 more times this week. I walked 18 holes of golf 3 days week before last but then everything went bad with the sciatica and muscles spasms.

I am in my early 60’s but noticed things going sideways a few years ago. When we are young, we can eat and do what we wanted with little impact other than a hangover. As we get older, this is not the case.

If you decide to replace those old parts I can give you contact info for the best doc in the southeast. He replaced both my hips and both knees and I'm walking 3 miles per day pain free and could do more but I'm old and lazy. Modern medicine is terrific.

My Bride used the Doc for two knee replacements who worked on the Tigers. There was a life size cut out of Spiller in the lobby.
I can't keep up with her now.

Thanks but trying to keep the OEM parts going as long as possible. The only operation I have experienced was getting my tonsils out in ~ 1970

Me too. Tonsils removed around the same time, don’t know the exact year. Remember ice cream though
