Clearly outlined by the NCAA and he ate fire for it. He's lucky to have a job.

They would have gotten a slap on the wrist if not for the Athletic Department running around and telling players and coaches that they were being investigated, which is also a violation of NCAA rules. The punishment was not for the "crime", but for the attempted cover-up of the "crime".

PJ and his infamous chop block junk deserve a little credit, but not after another loss to CU, and another 7-6 season. Who is the stunad that wrote this? #tsunamiofstupid

I'm gonna take a wild guess and say Dabo doesn't really give a #### as to what Spurrier has to say, much less how he's going to respond. Tweet that

is blown out in several of his games, chokes away a lead in the bowl game and for that he's the second best coach in the ACC? I get it he's at Duke but let' not get carried away. Not to mention any list that doesn't have Beamer in the top two let alone top 5 has got to void. About the only thing I agree with is that Dabo > Jimbo. At least somebody get's that.

Beamer has forgotten more about FB than PJ has ever knew. Beamer has put more 1,2,and 3 star players in the NFL than any coach in the ACC. To leave Beamer out of a list of top two was being disrespectful to one of the best coaches in the ACC. It also made the credibility of his (Adam Gold) absolutely meaningless to the 5 he did mention. Ten years around the ACC and knows nothing about the ACC coaches.

Paul Johnson #1 ????

For what exactly ? I assume his stripped 09' ACC title didnt factor against the voting results. After this year he is probably gone...another 7-6 type season is a sure bet ,his recruiting is pretty sad and his teams are starting to show it.

Seriously, the list should go like this:
1) Beamer (and only because of his overall body of work, not what he's done lately) 2) Dabo (no comment necessary) 3) Fisher (he has rebuilt the program but has much to prove) 4) Grobe (guy gets a lot out of a program with poor recruiting and no commitment from the school)

I wouldn't rank Dabo close to #1 - even though I'm thankful to have him at CLEMSON.
Personally, I would rank them something like: 1 - Beamer (geez - he has the most wins of any active coach doesn't he?) 2 - UM Al Golden (I think this guy can flat out coach some football) His team will probably play in the ACCCG this year. 3 - WFU Grobe - how can you not select him very high considering what he has to work with? 4 - Dabo - He will become the BEST ACC coach if Al Golden falters somehow. He just simply needs to keep doing what he's doing.
The rest don't count. I'm not including Charley Strong at UL yet, but he'll be in the mix soon enough.
