Tigers making inroads in the Pacific. Lot more Polynesian players in major college football in recent years.

I don’t think Pagano was Polynesian. I remember that he was living in Hawaii because his father was in the military and stationed there.

Well, we only dropped the embargo with Samoa a few years ago... Seems obvious to me why they have been absent.
