I do feel pretty good about our chances, and so do many experts, apparently. I've been listening to the commentators working some of the bowl games, and we are getting some love. I think we deserve it, especially if we do not turn the ball over and if we don't let them loose on special teams. Focus all game long, and I love our chances.

Slow-Lane K, just can't seem to keep a job. But at $1.4M/year plus incentive bonus, fire my butt! Screw up, move up. Not sure it makes much difference this year, as long as Tigers watch special teams: Kick offs & on-side kicks. Go Tigers, beat bummer!

This is Saban trying to make the best of a bad situation. If it actually helped to change playcallers more teams would do that. If it helped they would shock us with this news late in the week.

What unknown. They can't install a new system in 7 days. Gonna be the same plays they have run for three years. Maybe different tendencies but they can study film of booger eater from aTm for that. I'm not concerned at all about it. Though Kiffin is a terrible play caller so there is that.

We still will have the known. No way Sarkisian changes anything at this late stage. They will run the same plays they know. Now, Steve may call a better and more focussed game, but they will not have a new offensive scheme.

This is better for Bama...but only because Kiffen was doing his job halfa&@
after he got the head coaching job...
He really left Saban no choice...
It's less than ideal to make a sudden switch...but 100% Sark (even after an abrupt switch) is better than 50% Lane Kiffen..
As always Lane Kiffen proves himself to be a consummate unprofessional...looking after Lane Kiffen and no one else..

I think every one is missing the boat on this one. We have absolutely NO tape on Sark calling plays with Bama personnel. Sure WA and USC tape can show tendencies but we have no clue what he will do with Bama players. This is going to put HUGE pressure back on our staff to adjust to Sark's calls. In the past we have not done real well with adjustments. I'm hoping with only 7 days, Sark can't change much and what he does change, we can adjust to rapidly.
