that they will actually be doing. It would be like trying to determine how good of an archer I am by almost ignoring the fact that I put every shot in the bulls-eye, while focusing on how many pull-ups I can do and how good my eye-sight is.

It's not so much his bench press that will hurt him (that more applies to DL, OL, LB, and RB) the portion that will hurt him the most is his 40 time. He is 190 around 6 ft tall and getting outrun by Vic Beasley! It's not terrible speed but he did nothing to really get any attention. I wish him luck but it's gonna be a long road to make a team

If they are equal or less, it would give NFL execs a standard to measure his work ethic. Vic, Anthony and Grady showed improvement in at least one or two categories. I'll probably be called a coot for even suggesting this. I loved Garry's play throughout this season. While Vic was in Boca eating peanut butter and working his tail off, what was Mr. Peters doing? Fair question. It would be interesting to see a chart with all of the Tiger NFL hopeful's combine measurable(s). From say, around December, and then at the NFL combine. Additionally, list their efforts to improve. I hope Garry Peters makes it, and shows up ala Byron Maxwell and Bashaud Breeland. That would be cool. We could pick up another moniker, "Defensive Back U". Vic Beasley did not rest on the accolades he earned, nor on his impressive game stats to open the NFL door. The combine is an open book test. He concentrated on the things that are required and freaking nailed. As a result, he has been the talk of the combine. Go Tigers, and everyone that busts their tail to get what they want! Now, spot the ball.
