Tessitore is a bit much but he's better than most, imo.

He seems to be replacing Brad Nessler, though, who is one of the best.

Nessler is the best, which is why he's doing NFL work too. I don't mind Tessitore. I only mute Herbstreit, Musberger and Pam Ward (thank God that's over).

With Tessitore on the roads on Saturday nights, that means there is another pending shakeup to College Football Final. And seeing as last year's version actually had me missing Lou Holtz and Mark May, that can't be anything but good.

As long as they keep Jesse Palmer buried on the SEC network,

covering an SEC team vs the FCS opponent of the week, I'm good. I could care less about how they mix and match their other announces. Why do they think that is news?

Oh true. Add Jesse Palmer to my list. Not a big fan of Reece either.

So will our game or UGa v UNC be the 'primetime'?

I'd guess ours, but I can't stand Tessitore.

What about the black haired lady that likes Dabo? Jeanne? Can't think of her last name?

Tessitore is epitome of do what espn says and be promoted

He is a yes man. I wonder if Nessler wanted too much money? Why would they let their best play caller go? Maybe he wouldn't follow the espn narrative.

An obvious spin doctor comment:
May 18, 2016, 1:16 PM
|
|
“Our new assignments demonstrate the depth of our roster and the new growth opportunities that exist within ESPN,” said Gross. “We are all anxiously awaiting the start of the 2016 college football season, one we know will be filled with great moments across ESPN networks.”
The mouse put his foot up ESPiN's butt last year and demanded they cut the fat so as to lessen overhead. After two consecutive quarters of losses (negative profits) Disney had had enough of their BS I suppose.
If you though you've seen the end of these cuts hang onto your hat. They might find some talent in the ranks but it's more likely the quality of their broadcast will take a nose dive. I remember seeing beat reporters given guest's spots on College Football Live and the other CFB programming. Heather Dimwit because their reporter to track the playoff ranking progress. OK, anybody can do it, right? She also took the position of having an expert opinion on which direction and how far teams would move in the upcoming PO rankings. Nothing but something to fill airtime, imo.
Meanwhile, their best guy Brent Mussburger was moved to the SEC channel to defer half of his salary to their 'SEC,' account. Horrible loss for the rest of the country.

How can y'all hate Herbie? Him and Pollack are two of my favorite announcers.

I like Herbie, neutral about David Pollack.
Holly Rowe - I can do without her.
