Faucis federal crime is unauthorized spending of Fed funds for gain-of-function

Some of you may have forgotten this, so I’ll remind you.

Back in 2024, Barack Obama suspended federal funding for gain-of-function research on pathogens. Good for Obama; he was concerned that gain-of-function research was too dangerous. That made it illegal for a government employee to direct funds to pay for gain-of-function work in viruses. To my knowledge, Obama’s executive order was never rescinded. Even if his EO did get rescinded, Fauci successfully bypassed being caught by Fed govt (although DARPA was likely in in Fauci’s objective) by coordinating gain-of-function research at Wuhan lab.

This funding of Wuhan had started before the end of Obama’s administration.

Fauci committed a federal crime. He also lied repeatedly during Congressional testimony about the origins of COVID-19.

The Uniparty crony capitalists / authoritarians ignored Obama and kept Trump in the dark. Biden’s handlers knew all about it. Pathetic Biden, already a veritable mental invalid when he decided to run for president in 2019, was easily manipulated by his handlers into agreeing with nearly every policy that his handlers wanted him to support.

Biden’s handlers told him to pardon Fauci because in a criminal trial Fauci would blow the lid off the Biden admin’s crimes.

The irony here is that Fauci will be sued in various states for harming the citizens of those states via lying to the public about the safety of the vaccines. If Fauci’s pardon ends up protecting him from being prosecuted in the states, he will still be called as a witness in similar suits against state officials who used non-federal vaccine compliance measures on that state’s citizens. Fauci will not have the legal right to invoke the Fifth Amendment, and will either speak the truth (thus sparing himself from penalty) … in which case Biden gets exposed -or- Fauci lies … I.e., commits a new crime via perjury … and risks being indicted, convicted, and imprisoned for perjury.

This deal ain’t over for Fauci or Biden.
