As described in another song, it is celebrated for twelve days . . . up to the Feast of the Epiphany, which is the celebration of the visitation of the Wise Men to the manger.

Thanks for sharing. Relatedly, why do we feel like we should limit these songs to a day or a season? Our Saviors’s birth should be celebrated everyday. The words on your heart are true in March, June, August….every month! Sing on brother! Let’s not limit to a day or time of year!
