Love all three, but Chicago's sound and Three Dog Night's harmonies remain incomparable to me. A shout out to TigerzzRoar® for the 'Kath' sound! He was the soul!

Great rock band then, before they softened up in the late 70s and 80s.

Chicago II is one of the best albums ever.

Too bad Terry Kath passed away so young - he is one of the best rock guitarists ever, but since he was in a band like Chicago, he's not really recognized for it as much as he should be.

Went to a Chicago concert on Long Island in the 1974/5 time frame and their last two at The Peace Center in Greenville. Really like their sound.

I believe I went to both Three Dog Night and Chicago concerts in Littlejohn betwee, '69 and '73 (sort of a blur on the exact years). Was many moons ago and was a member of Clemson Central Dance Committee. Had some great bands play there...any others you recall attending?

In my opinion, no Chicago song illustrates Terry Kath’s brilliance and virtuosity as both a rhythm AND lead guitarist as this song from Chicago VII
