What they do is put their BS material out there for the committee to read and put their ideas in their heads and that's how it will be. Year in and year out there is so much hate for Dabo and his program and for them to think that Dabo is bringing his program back after a couple of mediocre seasons really has them worried bc of all the chit they talked about Dabo during our mediocre season. I meant that's the way I'm seeing all the bull chit that's been said over the past couple of seasons, and I'm sticking with it bc we're a 7-1 team with no ACC losses and that's as good of an ACC record as any other ACC programs, even their hero Miami with only 4 ACC wins to this point.
I'm not saying that Miami won't have an undefeated ACC season when all the games have been played, but the reality is that they're undefeated in 4 ACC games, and Clemson is undefeated in 5 ACC games. And there isn't any doubt whatsoever in my mind that in the first game of the season, Georgia would have blown out every team in the ACC, and even worse, with the most of them Georgia would have blown them out in the first half with a much larger ending score...
Screw the talking heads, most of them will never have anything good to say about Dabo and his team behind his back, but they surely do kiss his A$$ when talking to him face to face!!!

Can we PLEASE stop all of this persecution bullyshitt. Just because some sportswriters don't view our program or our coach with the golden halo that so many of y'all do, doesn't mean that they hate him or us.
Can we just admit that we view our program in a less than objective light and except that some sportswriters (and maybe the playoff committee) see things a bit differently ?
As I have said for a month - Just Win Baby - and the CFP will take care of itself.

I personally will never assume that any team will beat our Tigers until they do it, they've got to prove they can beat our Tigers before I'll ever say they can, plus, Miami hasn't proved a thing with the scores being as close as they were against, VT, California, and Louisville. IMO the talking heads or anybody else are propping up Louisville bc of how close the score was with Miami. Louisville only scored 24 points against Virginia, if Dabo leaves our starters in the entire game, the score would have been 60+ and they wouldn't have scored 31 on us!!!

What about for Alabama. They have 2 losses and struggled with the chickens. Why do they get a pass. They’ve proven that they can’t beat some of the ranked teams. Give someone else a try. And pull for Notre Dame to lose to some left on their weak schedule.

Just waiting for a committee spokesperson to say something like Tennessee's win over NC State was much more impressive at the time when the facts are that our game against Nancy was over at the half but we put the scrubs in way to early and allowed Nancy to make the game look much closer. These scores are going to matter with at large bids when they start comparing head to head. Wait and see. We don't have a big boy conference to lean on.

That's only bc they hate seeing any coach showing respect for another coach by not blowing them up. Dabo will never lower his respect for his friends and go along with they believe should had happen to show his team's strength against coaches that Dabo believes are decent people. That isn't who Dabo Swinney is, nor will he ever be!!!

The bias is real with this article. We lose to the number #2 in the country according to this article, but ND loses to NIU who is 4-4 and Bama has lost twice and should have lost a third time. Makes total sense.

ranks by the CFP people. I was like if we're supposedly the best team in teh ACC alongside Miami and they think thats good for 14th then we're S.O.L. without running the table. LEts say we do adn we're
12-1 and ACC Champ. Is that top 5 level?
11-2 and lose conference champ. Is that top 12/CFP?
I assume if we lose a game during the season SMU takes that spot in the conference game.
What i'm asking is it imperative to win out to get the CFP or is there wiggle room?

Actually, what it's saying is this, with 6 playoff spots when only 4 teams were allowed in, 4 NCG'S and winning 2 of 4 NCG'S played in, that Dabo and his program still hasn't earned their respect, that's exactly what it's saying!!!
