ESPN went through its latest early Top 25 for the top question for each team, and here’s what they had for Clemson:

What's going on with the offense?

“Is it painting with too broad a brush to just say, ‘the offense?’ Cade Klubnik enters a make-or-break year. Garrett Riley's scheme was often ineffective in 2023 but should be a better fit this year. The O-line struggled badly at times last year, but new position coach Matt Luke figures to have the unit improved. The receiving corps has been woefully thin in recent years, but Dabo Swinney likes his personnel. There's upside everywhere on offense, but getting each group to take a step forward at the same time has been an issue. -- Hale”

You can bank we will be better on offense and as good on defense with some experience in the secondary coming back.

We were close to making a run last season as bad as we were on offense.

Turnovers killed us, look for a good game against Ugaaaa and a really butt kicking for FSU.

Let's face it...the offense took a terrible hiatus because of DJ...he was woefully inadequate as a championship QB...he made everyone look bad from offensive coordinators to The OL to WRs..killed our RBs as we struggled to win with a running game virtually by itself...look at poor Davis Allen, hecould have been a consensus AA (like Travis Kelce) with a good QB...DJ couldn't find an outhouse open...Dabo stuck with DJ way too long, his fault, his crime! Dabo is still the best coach in football and he will lead us out of what some folks call the wilderness...he still does things right!

The Offense will have to do much better than screens & runs up the middle

UGA will stuff those plays in their sleep. Clemson's Offense has a chance to prepare, produce and build confidence in the opener - win or lose. Go Tigers!
