I agree with him

I think he’s finally grown into a player that has poise. He has true confidence out there. It’s not fake. He loves to lead, you can tell he’s inspired by coaches like Dabo.

Yeah I think besides giving him more support on the field, if he puts a large amount of his time in the off-season learning the offense and more defensive coverages he could make quicker reads. Therefore reducing the chance of interceptions and fumbles.

I actually don’t know about being Deshaun or Trevor’s level, but he could be great.

Has the ability but needs to thoroughly understand the offense, ever play, every receiver route. Needs to see open receivers. That will also give him confidence.

Eric Maclain is absolutely correct here . Cade does have the physical talent to be a great quarterback because I've seen him make some tough throws when he has had adequate time this season.

My real concern for Cade is his pocket awareness and making quick decisions to get the ball out of his hands sooner . Maclain saying that Cade needs a LOT of time in the the film room studying and analyzing defenses could help him identify things sooner to alleviate these problems

when he does stuff like just throwing it straight up in the air Saturday I really wish he had serious competition for the job. His situational awarness and game management should be much better than he has shown.

This is why I think getting a QB out of the portal is a win win

You either light a fire under Cade and he performs better, or he does not and we have a better QB.
