Go old school and take the names off of all Jerseys at every school. It would be hard to get done, but get Saban to lead this and people would listen.

All it would do is make the argument that games like EA are not ripping off a player since a "Name" isn't used, then make all offensive characters look basically the same so that would cancel image and likeness! Is all I can come up with!

Names of game day jerseys has nothing to do with NIL. Names on jerseys in retail and online outlets is what NIL is about. This is America and our Congress has decided that athletes have a right to earn money and once that barn door was opened, it will be next to impossible to close.

Put this in your pipe and smoke it. Let's say you were a major retailer and you signed Caitlin Clark to an NIL deal, would you be dancing in the street? NIL is about capitalism and that is good for all parts of our economy.
