I disagree. He has talent that BV leveraged into success. Keep him. However, I would suggest that Dabo hire a co-defensive coordinator. Put Wes in the press box for play calling and strategy. Put the Co-DC on the field to motivate and make adjustments pre-snap. The Co-DC would be responsible for technique, coaching and motivation during practice.

Conn had on field coaching experience, albeit at HS level, before Clemson.
I don’t think Goodwin even had that.

Haha true, also our “passing game coordinator “ that has made a huge difference with all that experience at northwestern high … I get Dabo wants to give guys a shot like he was so some of these I can be on board with but coordinators and major positions we can do a lot better and get a lot more proven talent to develop these guys… especially if we aren’t recruiting near the level we used to or not using the portal for some experienced players.

I could accept this. Why did Wes not have Sammy Brown on the field for much of the 4th quarter when Sellers beat us with his legs? Some of our coaches are like Cade they freeze at the wheel at the wrong time.

Is elevating Boulware to coach the LB's. Nothing I've seen this year says we have structural problems with the defense.
Get rid of everyone involved with the offense ( - Luke ) and special teams though.
