DWs pass to Scott in the End zone

Was a perfect pass, only Scott could and should have caught it. Williams, Sammy, Nuk and Bryant would have made it look easy.
That's really not Scotts game and he is a great player.
He will def make up for that you can count on it.

It went to the perfect spot where only our guy had a shot. But Scott's position when the ball got there made it a tough catch. The football being soaking wet didn't help either. Still, he made a valiant play and nearly caught it. Three out of five he makes that catch in dry conditions.

Sure, we know, and he knows he shouild have, but he gets a pass on it considering the conditions. You don't know that Sammy or anyone makes that catch either, with that soggy a balll. All ND's great receivers had drops in this rain and they were easier balls than Tay's.

I will say this, do any of you remember more than once when Sammy didn't at least get to a deep ball that wasn't out of bounds. He had a special gear that allowed him to go run under any ball

Scott 3 to 4 inches shorter than Sammy

That's ok, Scott is a Monster. And I've seen 10 or 12 plays Scott has made that Nuk, Sammy, Bryant and others would not have been able to make.

On a side note, Scott makes that catch 9 out of 10 times in my opinion. He will never be the red zone guy those guys are (because he is under 6'), but he is a stud and will be one on Sunday's too.
