Dwayne Allen and Andrew Luck

I am pretty sure but maybe someone here knows for sure. Allen and Luck have already been working out together on and off while they were preparing for the combine right?

I remember seeing a video at one point where Luck was throwing to Him...

Maybe they have been working out together,but the Colts did one better than drafting Allen in the third.In the second round the Colts added Coby Fleener.Who is Coby Fleener,you ask?He just happened to be the TE on the same Stanford Cardinal team that Luck was the starter on.
And that I am sure of!

Colt's are already building the offense around Luck. Not sure exactly what the stat is, but like 2/3 of Luck's TD passes last year went to the tight end.

There were multiple formations where Stanford used 3 TEs the other TEs did catch TD's it wasn't just Coby. DA will be utilized.

look at New England with Gonzalez and Gronkowski...i believe both of them were drafted the same year and they both have been very productive

From what they were saying last night, Fleener is more of a WR type than a TE type. They showed tape of him and I never saw him throw a block. I would imagine that Allen will get more of that kind of duty as well as WR type duty !! Just my guess !!

Yes I know the Colts added Andrew Luck's TE from Stanford in the second. They certainly are building around Luck because as was stated he did run a lot of sets where he had 2,3 or even 4 TE's on the field.

Dwayne Allen was defiantly the best all around TE with his size and strength he will be the better blocker but has to get stronger on the run blocking.

I just find it amusing that they will already know each other and have some chemistry already there once they start practicing together.
