I have said for 2 years that we have the talent but it is not being developed due to coaching. Until that is fixed, we are not winning another natty in this new cfb era.

But it’s very obvious that the composite ranking is wrong. Are coaching changes needed? Sure but we need better players to compete at the highest level. We have them in some positions and lack them in others.

We’ve all seen what that type stacked of roster looks like at Clemson. The size, the speed and overall physicality of this roster isn’t even close to that level.

And speed a notch lower than the top tier teams. NFL drafts and first year performance of Clemson players tell that tale clearly.

We do a good job of attracting talent but if you don't develop them, they either regress or leave. This is the part of the equation that must be addressed.

I agree too. yes coaching issues but the talent level not there. I think rankings missed it too. its so obvious we lack team speed. like they say "you can't teach speed"
