homer off a 100 mph fastball isn't the hardest homerun to hit. It is actaully giving some of the energy needed. Now, a A+ sinker is different. I'd still say a triple is harder, far fewer triples hit every year. Really my answers here for hitting is getting the cycle. For pitching, an immaculate inning.
NBA, should not be that hard to find 10 points, 10 assist, and 10 rebounds. Now, add 10 steals or 10 blocks to that...now we are talking.
Football, any fat guy touchdown.

a triple double over the course of the season a few years ago. It is much rarer in college. I think it has been thirty years or so since there was a quadruple double in the NBA (Hakeem, maybe?).

based on your own examples...For starters, I think it's a tough problem statement to articulate. For example, you have a hole in one (one swing), a homer off 100 mph fast ball (one swing), 300 bowling game (an entire game, what's that like 21 rolls or something?), triple/double - again entire game.
To keep it purely to feats, you'd have to say something like:
1- Hole in One
2- MLB Homerun
3- bowling a strike
4- dunking a basketball (not sure of a comparison)
So in maintaining the framework I've interpreted (one swing/play), I'd go (assuming all elite professional leagues):
1- Hole in one
2- Homerun (hitting an MLB pitch, period)
3- Blocking a PK
4- KR for TD
5- 60+ yd FG
For the average Joe, you could say dunking a basketball, but that contradicts my criteria of elite professional leagues, b/c all of the can dunk, obviously.

2- solid friggin call. got tunnel vision on the HR, but unassisted triple play is probably #1 over a hole in one.
