downloading duke tailgate to google wallet on android

Anyone having trouble with their Duke tailgate tickets loading to google wallet on android phone? I can see the tickets in my clemson account, but they won't show up in my wallet. My duke football tickets show up. I thought the tailgate tickets showed up for a split second after I deleted and readded them. I have cleaned up memory, stopped and restrated phone, and still no luck.

did anyone else have this problem? I guess I call 1-800-clemson or just bring up in Clemson ticket app.
