For early commitment DURING his Clemsln visit is a bit of good news. Prognosticators might see this as a hint that Dabo and Chad done rounded up another great young QB high schooler. 6'4" lefties with that strong of an arm dont come around very often . GO TIGERS

unfortunately he made that statement right after leaving Auburn earlier today prior to arriving at Clemson.

but he checked out Auburn. Watched practice in Auburns in door.
Then took a photo in locker room with Gus.
Then had a conversation with Scam Newton.
Then tweeted he wanted to make decision or however he phrased it.
Then said he is on way to Clemson
Then said he is now in Clemson.

I believe Watson will red shirt this season. Either Stoudt or Swag will win the starting job and the other will be his back up. I believe it's gonna be Swag. Next year Watson will play as a back up or maybe even split time with Kelly. Then Watson will start the next year as a red shirt sophomore. If this guy comes he would red shirt next season, and back up Watson 2 years from now. Assuming Watson leaves after his red shirt junior year. This guy could start as a red shirt junior. Just a guess as to how things could play out but I don't think a solid 4 star recruit wants to run the risk of not starting until then.

One elite guy like Gibson or Bryant, and one guy who we think can compete for starter but will be a solid back-up like Israel.

is a goner. I won't shed a tear if he goes elsewhere, which he'll probably commit to Ohio State. The way I look at is after Deshaun's redshirt year (hopefully this year), he's THE guy for the next 2-3 after that.
