UK is good, esp at this point of the season. Great running back and #7 can fly. A very worthy opponent.

UK had all of their players; last I heard reported play today.
Clemson had players out due to transferring, opting out for NFL draft, Injury, etc. At several positions; we were super thin.
Freshmen filling in and playing significant minutes. I saw Sewell getting a ton of time.
Ky is strong on the OL and DL so; it was going to be trouble from the start.
Great win today.
Folks who discount KY do not follow football much.

Seriously, I've seen a ton of Kentucky games. You guys are hilarious. They beat a horrible 5 win miss st team. A 2 win horrible vandy team, 3 fcs teams, an imploded fla team, their best win probably. Beat Louisville by a TD (very close game without the turnovers we were gifted).
Kentucky is a cellar dweller team like the coots. We got a ton of turnovers.... and the only reason we won is they went to a 3 man prevent D- stoops should fire his D coordinator for that. Every decent team they played, they got blown away.
Now, our oline was the same oline we've had the last 5 games. Beaux was out but getting Williams back was a huge net gain.
As for D, we missed Wiggins and mukuba. Trotter being out didn't hurt us much because woodaz played outstanding. So we were a little down on D. The reason we were thin on D is partly due to roster management. So yeah, we gave up some points. But we were given a lot of gifts.
So, I guess I would question whether you all watch football. I know you do, you're just pumping sunshine and making excuses.
We're not a good team. Like Kentucky, we had one good game that we won ND. I love my Tigers but I can take off my orange glasses. Today was not a good win. We've got work to do on both offense and defense. Offense, oline, wr, and QB. Not featured mafah as clear 1 is a coaching mistake.

I would bet we make the 12 team playoff next year.

Some 10-2 teams will get into the playoffs.
Some may not.
We start the season with GA.
If we lose that game, we can only lose 1 more the rest of the season to even have a chance at the playoffs.
I hope we make it, but you aren't betting wisely.

We had some freshman busts but that was to be expected. The refs really helped Kentucky. The turnovers we created made the difference.
Would much rather be trending up than down and we are trending up. Probably finish ranked 18 or so and we bring a lot back plus add some good pieces in year two of Riley offense with a more mature Cade.
Should probably start the season around 12-15 or so. Beat UGA and move up quickly. Gotta grow those young defensive guys up quick.
Not perfect but will take it for now.

Lots of fantastic points.
I agree with everything except your thought that not having Trotter wasn’t a big deal. Anytime you are missing a first rounder it’s a huge concern.
Woodazz did play good but nowhere near the caliber of Trotter.
Still. . . no way did I believe this Kentucky team would score so easily against our D. Not even our second string D
