Does Rooks choosing Chipola Community College

ease any of you about the fact that he transferred out of Clemson?

Just wondering since so many of you dogged out Brownell for players transferring but it seems apparent by his college choice he was not going to have an impact at the level we needed here at Clemson after his injury.

I wish him the best and hope he plays well in his new school.

Tells me 3 things:

1) we are furthering a relationship with a school that has already sent us 1 player

2) not many offers, if any, for rooks

3) Rooks still hasn't recovered from injury and is willing to work his way back at lower level. This is win-win for us and Rooks. Hopefully he can prove that he can contribute somewhere.

immediately, then he can transfer again next year to any school he wants.

But, I do agree, that I dont think he ever fully recovered from the hip injury and he probably wasnt going to contribute much anyways.
