Do Dabo's emotions prevent his teams from fighting back?

Dabo rides an emotional roller coaster on the sidelines. It is tremendous fun when things are going well - it hypes the team up even further.
However, when momentum changes, Dabo tends to sulk and get serious. I think that mood is reflected in the team as well.
I may be overanalyzing, but I think it played a major factor on Saturday night and against WVU in the Orange Bowl last season.
Thoughts?

No. Football players have a job, specific jobs and they do not watch nor care what the HC is doing. If they are, they will sit the bench. Seriously, the HC is nothing more than a CEO and the position coaches are upper level management. Players go to and from their position coaches. They rarely even interact with Dabo unlsess he's hugging them or chewing them out specifically.

You have all types of coaches in the business - some wear

their emotions on their sleeves; some appear stoical; some give generous praise, yet never harsh words for bad performance; some harsh words but never praise. Frank Howard was a good one to watch: he usually stood with that ever present scowl on his face. The players, thus, didn't know whether or not he approved of their performance, and, thus, seemed to strive for the best results they could. Danny Ford was loath to demonstrate much excitement or praise, yet very adept at "but+ chewing." Dabo wears his emotions on his sleeve, but so do a lot of successful coaches...Les Miles comes to mind. Thus, I believe the players' performances become more a matter of discipline when the going gets rough, the lack of which often leads to failure in any endeavor.
