since I started watching. Only one uncatchable ball on a screen pass. That's with absolutely ZERO pressure from SJSU so far.

He usually looked pretty good against Furman or SC State type teams. If he could play 12 games a year against those guys he'd be a Heisman contender.

Better receiver routes and much better blocking by their OL than ours. No feel-good coaching stories though.

I agree. I’m pulling for him. But on the other side of the coin, I’m not sure he would be having the same success against a big time opponent
