I see nothing on interwebs or the blurb where DJ is expressing interest or UL is expressing interest. Seems this is just another example of an individual thinking - “well, UL needs a QB”
Similar to the Clemson “linked” to SEC/B1G discussions when there was never any discussion by the powers that be.

FSU and Louisville may be interested in him but I'd be surprised to see him go to an east coast team or the ACC. If he doesn't follow his OSU coach to Michigan State I think he stays somewhere out west...
