scoring drought. I was putting together a positron about scoring 82 @ Miami and holding UNC to only 65 and losing largely due to 1/18 from 3 as good signs for what lies ahead this season, starting this Wednesday night, then got hit with that reality. Kind of a quintessential moment in our current coaching era to take ourselves out of games like that with these brutal stretches.

Still our best roster under Brad, but simply hopeful now, instead of confident, of a big finish ahead.

Go Tigers!

We're good. Just ran into a couple good teams to start. Wednesday, imo starts a 5 game winning streak.

That would be awesome and definitely a big shot in the arm for this season's fortunes. I would put the O/U at 2.5 though over these next 5 considering who we have away. A win @ Va Tech is pretty vital at this juncture.

I hope so, too.

but if you remember all the seasons where we lose so many ACC games and then near the end are like, well if we win the next 3 games there's a chance...

you'd understand why this feels like Groundhog's Day.

Thats Bradsketball. Scoring droughts are tied to mentality.

Unfortunately scoring droughts are a hallmark of the Brownell era.

That's what I saw with PJ's two free throws there late. He didn't look comfortable or confident at all on the first, and then same with the second. Either would have been impactful. There's a mojo gap that seems to haunt this program under Brad in closing out games. That's probably been my biggest frustration all this time.
