Neither team recruited him. He committed to Syracuse. Chickens came in late and offered him. Florence is putting out incredible kids. Sellers is the best QB in America.

We don't recruit QBs from South Carolina or Georgia anymore just Texas and California

No, we did not. Dabo only recruits one QB every year. We went all in on Ty Simpson for 2022 and then Cade when Simpson went to Alabama.
