Ppl wonder why we don’t get the talent on offense anymore… just watch the games the last 3+ years … why the #### wouldn’t top recruit wanna play in this BS middle school offense that doesn’t spread it out and throw it at all, there’s no motion at all… no identity at all… it’s just hey let’s hit the coaches suggestions on cfp25 and run something and hope it works lol literally it’s a joke to watch , we don’t have sc state talent , we literally have guys top schools wanted but for 3 years there’s absolutely no one that makes plays. This offense sucks so bad it’s unexplainable really how bad it got. We went from Morris to the gadgets and deep shots and motions and a fun up tempo offense to gradually taking all that away until what we have now , literally an offense that looks like we grabbed an 8 year old out the stands and said hey kid call some plays … it’s become absolutely pathetic , so again why would kids wanna come here at this point, Morris was able to sell his offense and he lived up to it

CK2’s best play in ACC Championshipmgame was the severely underthrown deep ball. (This was also his best play in the Syracuse game in 2022.)

Those underthrown deep balls led to pass interference calls. Free FDs.

By time we played TN in the bowl game, it was obvious to many of us and to every college DCoordinator that CK2 simply didn’t have the physical gift of a strong arm.

CK2 has an average arm. That’s good enough to win a bunch of ball control / conservative game plan games against non-elite competition. We don’t play another elite team in 2024.

If CK2 doesn’t revert to his mistake plagued 2023 season, and if he stops freelancing (superior decision making instincts aren’t his thing), then we should make it ACC Championship game.
